How do you source directly from factories?
We source through 1688 and domestic manufacturer networks, then check the supplier against your product requirements. Direct sourcing can reduce extra trading layers. The actual price depends on specifications, quantity and delivery scope, so we provide a like-for-like quotation rather than promise a fixed percentage saving.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product, factory and customization. Stock products may allow smaller orders, while custom branding, tooling or packaging can require more. Send your target quantity and we will check the available options.
How does payment work?
Samples can be paid through PayPal or Wise. For agreed bulk orders, the usual arrangement is a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% after your review of the QC report, before shipment. Wise, Payoneer and bank transfer are supported for bulk orders. Your quotation and agreement confirm the exact terms.
Are customs and duties included?
For shipments quoted as DDP, the agreed price includes the applicable customs-clearance and duty arrangements to the stated destination. We confirm product eligibility, required information and any exclusions before you accept the quotation.
