Please read these terms together with the quotation and agreement for your project.
Our role
This website introduces the sourcing and supply chain services offered under the INW Global Supply brand. Your specific service scope and contracting entity are identified in the quotation or agreement for your project.
Inquiries and quotations
Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or create a payment obligation. A quotation sets out the product specification, quantity, service scope, price, currency, delivery terms, validity period and any exclusions. Production or procurement begins only after the agreed order and payment steps.
Samples and approvals
You are responsible for reviewing the specifications, samples and reports provided for approval. Changes after approval may affect price and lead time. Any product testing, certification or market-specific requirements should be identified in the brief and confirmed in writing.
Payment checkpoints
For agreed bulk orders, the usual payment structure is a 30% deposit and 70% after your QC report approval, before shipment. Sample orders may use PayPal or Wise; bulk orders may use Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer. The terms in your individual quotation or agreement take precedence. Payment-provider fees and protections depend on the provider and transaction.
Inspection scope
Inspection is performed against the checks agreed for the order. Visual or functional inspection does not replace laboratory testing or regulatory certification. Any full-unit inspection, sampling method, acceptance criteria and remedy process must be confirmed in the agreed scope.
Shipping and delivery
For a DDP shipment, the quotation specifies the applicable customs-clearance, duty and delivery arrangements and any exclusions. Product eligibility, destination requirements and delivery details must be confirmed before dispatch. Transit estimates may change due to carrier, customs or other operational conditions.
Changes, cancellations and issues
Cancellation, refund and correction arrangements depend on the stage of procurement or production and the terms agreed for your order. Contact us promptly if you need a change or identify an issue, so we can review the applicable options with you.
